LEMAIRE offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. We strive to ensure a seamless process for our international clientele seeking to return or exchange their refined wardrobe essentials.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Access your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective covers are intact to maintain the garment's integrity.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at an authorized collection point; once received and quality-checked by our atelier, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
